The "Get Well Soon" service is offered free of charge to all inpatients at Brooks Memorial Hospital. E-Mail messages are hand delivered Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm by Brooks Memorial Hospital volunteers.

 

Photos may be attached, but must be limited to 300 KB. Messages will be printed in full color.

 

Please make the SUBJECT of your message the Patient's Full Name and Room Number.

If patient has been discharged prior to receipt of "Get Well Soon" E-Mail, the message cannot be forwarded.
