We currently have eight members from the Dunkirk/Fredonia, NY area. We are all high School Students that are interested in careers in Health Care.

We meet twice a month at Brooks Memorial Hospital. At the meeting we learn through hands on presentations, tours of hospitals and other facilities and through our mentoring program with professionals at Brooks Memorial.

 

Our biggest project for the spring is raising funds so we can attend the Second Annual National Health Careers Exposition in July 2003 @ the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD.

We were part of the 1st Annual National Health Careers Exposition as well.

At the 1st Annual National Health Careers Exposition, we learned about many different jobs in Healthcare. We also met alot of new people.
