Lake Shore Health Care Center is a not-for-profit, community hospital located in Irving, NY that offers a diverse range of health care services to the people of Western NY including Northern Chautauqua County, Northwestern Cattaraugus County, and Southern Erie County.
Along with the traditional health care services and 24-hour Emergency Department that Lake Shore provides, we also offer a 120 bed long-term care facility, long-term home health care, and a residential women’s chemical dependency rehabilitation program.
