Billing > Payment Options Payment OptionsWelcome to the Payment Options segment of Brooks Memorial Hospital website. Brooks Memorial Hospital recognizes that your hospital visit probably was not something you had planned. Now you have bills from your Doctor, the Hospital, and possibly other health care providers. Brooks Memorial Hospital makes every effort to provide you with the most convenient way for you to meet this financial responsibility.
1) Co-payments, as required by your insurance policy, are due prior to or at the time you receive the service. If you are scheduling a visit via telephone the technician can take your credit card information and make the payment then, you may make the payment yourself by this link or be prepared to make the payment on your arrival.
2) The Brooks Memorial Hospital internet payment service offers a convenient, secure way to pay your bill from home or anywhere an internet connection is available to you. This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You may make a payment by credit card or from your checking or savings account.
3) You may call the Cashier at (716) 363- 7208 from 8 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Friday to make payments by credit card, checking, or savings account.
4) You or a personal representative can come into Brooks Memorial Hospital to make payment by cash, credit card, checking, or savings account. The Cashier Office is located in the Main Lobby of the Hospital.
5) You can mail your payment to the Hospital. A return envelope is included with your statement. You may pay by check or enter your credit card information on the return portion of the statement. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.
6) If you are unable to pay the balance owing in full please contact a Financial Counselor at (716) 363 – 7219 or 7221. They will be happy to assist you in setting up a payment arrangement.Most payment arrangements are set up as a monthly payment amount, similar to a credit card payment, but Brooks Memorial Hospital has chosen not to charge any interest for this loan.
