Physicians The Brooks Memorial Hospital Medical Staff is governed by staff rules and regulations in accordance with standards set by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and the New York State Department of Health. The hospital is approved by the United States Department of Health and Human Services and licensed by the New York State Department of Health.
