Brooks' Community Health Program is consistent with the
Chautauqua County 2019-2021 Community Health Assessment and Improvement Plan and Community Service Plan which identifies health priorities for the County.

Childbirth classes are offered three times each year on specified weekday evenings.
There is no charge for the class.

Farmer's Market Fridays
Brooks-TLC is doing our part to bring fresh fruits and vegetables to our community with Farmer's Market in our parking lot at 529 Central Avenue, Dunkirk,
9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Safe SHARPS Disposal Program
Brooks provides a FREE sharps disposal bin for household medical needles, syringes and lancets.
