WHO is Cardiac Rehabilitation for?
WHY should I come to Brooks Memorial Hospital?
They've gone from "having to go" to Cardiac Rehab, to "getting to go". Patients want to be, and choose to be here because of the tremendous progress, life change, and quality of life improvements they have seen after being a regular in the BMH Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
"We aren't just people coming in…
They know the story of our life."
