Clean Hands Stop Germs - Brooks Employees Protect Patients by Taking the Hand Hygiene Pledge10/31/2017
Earlier this month, it was difficult not to notice activities surrounding International Infection Prevention Week at Brooks Hospital. The talented team of Lisa Maslak (R) and Theresa Schrantz (L) commandeered a hospital-wide commitment to preventing the spread of infection by asking staff to sign a Hand Hygiene Pledge to help keep patients, visitors, and Brooks staff free from the spread of infection. The department also hosted its annual Family Flu Clinic to ensure hospital staff and their families have an opportunity to remain up to date on yearly flu vaccinations.
