Isabella Mariah Morales was born at the Brooks campus, October 31, 2019 at 5:15 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. 15 oz., to proud parents Danielle Gugino and Max Morales. The new parents were pleasantly surprised to learn that the Girl Scouts had a Girl Power basket waiting for them, filled with “future Girl Scout” baby items and more.
The fourth and fifth grade junior level troops, led by Kathy Reisenweber, Desiree Clarke and Rosemarie Zollinger, often work together, particularly for important traditions such as their founder’s birthday celebration
Scouts, Kaitlyn Coon (pictured front left) and Shelby Reisenweber (pictured front right) will complete some of the requirements for their Girl Scout Way badge, which demonstrates they know how to use the Girl Scout traditions to make the world a better place. Of the overall experience, Shelby shares, “Girl Scouts is fun”, while her friend, Kaitlyn added, “Girl Scouts is busy but I like it.”
