It's always fun to welcome new team members to our community!
Classical music and a savory aroma filled the air at the recent physician reception to mark the opening of the newest Lake Erie Medical Services (LEMS) practice location at 419 Central Avenue in Dunkirk. LEMS and BMH physicians, Brooks managers and local community agency representatives turned out in support of the practice and its newest Ob/Gyn physician, Dr. Pujan Shrestha.
Entertainment was provided by an exceptionally talented String Quartet from the Fredonia School of Music. The musically gifted group of students performed a flawless compilation of chamber music, a form of classical music composed for a small group of instruments in an intimate setting.
Lastly, the event featured a variety of international and traditional hors de’vours and desserts. Dr. Shrestha’s favorite dish, a spicy Nepali dumpling called Momo, along with a Nepali chai tea were created specially for our new doctor by Brooks chef manager, Ann Lopus.
