Mary E. LaRowe, MBA, FACHE
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mary LaRowe joined Brooks Memorial Hospital as CEO in April, 2016. With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including 25 years in administration and leadership within Western New York, LaRowe held leadership positions with the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS), Westfield Memorial Hospital, United Memorial Medical Center (Batavia) as well as the New York State Department of Health. Most recently, she was the president and CEO of Catholic Health East/Trinity Health’s St. James Mercy Health System in Hornell, New York.
Ms. LaRowe is board certified (fellow status) with the American College of Healthcare Executives. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the State University of Buffalo at New York and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from D’Youville College.

Kenneth R. Morris, MBA
Vice President of Operations
Kenneth Morris joined Brooks-TLC Hospital System, Inc. in 2018 as vice president of operations. With 17 years of health care leadership experience, he most recently served as director of North Texas Division of Neuroscience and Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Healthcare System, Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Morris holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Bachelor of Science in Health Administrative Services from Weber State University, Ogden, Utah and a Certificate of Finance for the Non-Financial Managers at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Morris is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
With extensive experience in hospital construction and redevelopment, Morris will be invaluable as we build the new Brooks Memorial Hospital and engage the future development of the TLC campus as a center of excellence for ambulatory services.
Jodi L. Witherell, RN, MHA, NEA-BC, CPHQ
CNO/Vice President of Quality Services
Jodi Witherell joined Brooks Memorial Hospital in 2014 with over 30 years of healthcare experience in nursing and quality leadership. She most recently served as Interim CNO at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital and Buffalo General Medical Center and Senior Director of Stroke and Neurosciences Nursing at Kaleida Health – Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute in Buffalo, New York.
Ms. Witherell holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Buffalo and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from D’Youville College. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and as an Advanced Nursing Executive.
Throughout her career, Jodi has been called on to lead in various capacities, including serving as Vice President of Nursing, Director of Risk Management and Quality Improvement, and Director of Quality Improvement and Infection Control.
